My responsibilities were multifaceted in this role, involving conceptualising, strategising, and producing content utilising pre-existing imagery for the brand's social media platforms and paid social advertisements. Deliverables included publishing three posts per week accompanied by relevant hashtags and captions, crafting three stories per week, engaging with the community weekly, and delivering a monthly report on performance metrics.
The scope extended to paid social marketing, with a focus on creating and executing one ad strategy per month for both Facebook and Instagram placements. This involved ad optimisation, and conducting monthly reviews and reports to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Given the brand’s emphasis on knowledge and education, extensive research was necessary for crafting informative copywriting. Upon reflecting on this role, I recognised the importance of ensuring that brand- or market-specific information was provided, allowing me to more effectively use my time on my strengths in design and graphic creation.
